This document serves as our published standards in compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy.
1. Our Commitment
Daily Talking: Speak English (developed and published by Volosoft Bilisim Anonim Sirketi, also known as Volosoft Bilisim) is committed to the safety and well-being of all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This document describes the standards, policies, and practices we maintain to prevent, detect, and respond to any form of child exploitation.
2. Definitions of CSAE and CSAM
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): Any act or content that sexually abuses or exploits a minor. This includes grooming (befriending a child online to facilitate sexual contact or imagery exchange), sexual harassment of minors, solicitation of sexual acts from a minor, sexual extortion (sextortion), trafficking of children for sexual purposes, or any behavior that sexualizes a child. Any attempt to prey on or sexualize a minor is considered CSAE and is strictly banned on Daily Talking: Speak English.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content that depicts or involves a minor in a sexually explicit situation. CSAM includes photos, videos, live streams, chat messages, illustrations, or any other material showing child sexual abuse or exploitation. CSAM is illegal and has no place on Daily Talking: Speak English. Even a single instance of CSAM will result in immediate action as detailed below.
3. Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation
Daily Talking: Speak English maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAE and CSAM. We explicitly prohibit any content or activity that exploits or endangers children. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Any content that depicts, promotes, or glorifies child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAM/CSAE).
- Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material in any form.
- Grooming or any behavior intended to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
- Any communication that sexualizes minors, including through text, voice, or images.
- Using the platform to arrange or facilitate offline contact with minors for exploitative purposes.
- Sexual extortion (sextortion) or threatening/blackmailing a child using real or alleged access to a child’s intimate images.
Users who violate these standards will be immediately and permanently banned on first offense. There are no warnings or second chances for child safety violations.
4. Age Restriction
Daily Talking: Speak English is designed exclusively for users aged 13 and above. Our policies strictly prohibit use by anyone under 13 years of age.
- Age verification at registration: During onboarding, users must provide their birth year. Accounts are automatically denied to individuals under 13.
- Terms of Service enforcement: Our Terms and Conditions explicitly state that the Service is restricted to persons who are 13 years of age or older.
- Account termination: If we become aware that a user is under 13, their account is immediately terminated and all associated data is deleted.
5. Detection and Prevention Measures
We employ the following measures to prevent and detect CSAE on our platform:
- Age gate: Mandatory birth year verification during registration with automatic rejection of underage applicants.
- Content moderation: Group owners and moderators can review and manage user-generated content. New members’ messages can be held for moderation in groups where this feature is enabled.
- User reporting system: All users can report suspicious or harmful behavior directly within the app. Reports are reviewed by our team promptly. See Section 6 below for detailed reporting instructions.
- Profile and content review: We review reported profiles, messages, and group content for violations of our policies.
- Account enforcement: Users found to be in violation of these standards are permanently banned from the platform.
6. How to Report Concerning Content
Keeping Daily Talking: Speak English safe is a shared responsibility. If you see something, say something. We provide multiple channels for reporting CSAE concerns:
In-App Reporting
Every user profile and group page on Daily Talking: Speak English has a built-in reporting option. To report a user or content in the app:
- Navigate to the user profile or group page that contains the concerning content or behavior.
- Tap the “Report” button (accessible from the profile or group options menu).
- Select the appropriate report category that best describes the issue. Reports related to child safety or sexual exploitation are treated with the highest priority.
- Provide any additional details or context to help our team investigate.
- Submit the report. Our moderation team will be immediately alerted for review.
Email Reporting
Reports can also be submitted via email to safety@dailytalking.com. Please include as much detail as possible, including usernames, screenshots, and a description of the concerning behavior.
External Reporting
If you believe a child is in immediate danger or is being actively harmed, please contact your local law enforcement right away. You can also report suspected child exploitation to the NCMEC CyberTipline (U.S.) or your relevant regional authority. Then, please also notify us via the in-app tool or email so we can take action on our platform.
All reports are treated with the utmost seriousness and confidentiality. We aim to review and act on CSAE-related reports within 24 hours.
7. Enforcement Actions
When we receive a report or otherwise become aware of potential CSAE, we take the following actions:
- Immediate review: Our team investigates the reported content or behavior as a priority.
- Content removal: Content confirmed as CSAM or otherwise exploitative of a child is removed immediately and permanently deleted from our platform.
- Account suspension/termination: The offending account is immediately suspended pending investigation and permanently terminated upon confirmation of a violation. The user is barred from creating new accounts.
- Evidence preservation: We preserve relevant evidence (account information, content metadata, chat logs) as required by law to assist law enforcement investigations.
- Law enforcement reporting: We report confirmed CSAE material and activity to the relevant national and regional law enforcement authorities, as required by applicable law. This includes filing reports with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and equivalent bodies in the jurisdictions where we operate.
- Internal investigation: Our team conducts a review to identify if the offending user had other accounts or uploaded additional content that needs checking.

- Google Play Child Safety Standards: As a social platform, we adhere to Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy requirements. This document serves as our published standards against CSAE. We maintain in-app reporting tools for user feedback, robust procedures to address CSAM (detection, removal, reporting), and a designated contact point for child safety issues (see Section 11 below).
- Legal compliance: We comply with all applicable child protection and child safety laws wherever we operate, including having a process in place to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority.
